Terms and Conditions for Booking the Aging Cellars

These terms and conditions are agreed upon between SICA La Beaufortaine, a variable-capital company headquartered in Beaufort and registered with the Albertville Trade and Companies Register under number 332 641 687, hereinafter referred to as "SICA La Beaufortaine," and any individual or entity wishing to make a reservation via the SICA La Beaufortaine's booking site, hereinafter referred to as "the visitor."

Purpose

These terms and conditions define the contractual relationship between SICA La Beaufortaine and the visitor, as well as the conditions applicable to any booking made through the SICA La Beaufortaine website, whether the visitor is a professional or a consumer.

Booking a visit through this site implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions by the visitor. These terms and conditions take precedence over any other general or specific conditions not expressly agreed to by SICA La Beaufortaine. Free Entry and Payment on Site

Children under 5 years old can visit the cellars for free, provided they present proof. If no valid proof is presented or if there is fraud, payment will be required on site.

Respect for Booking Time Slot

Visitors must adhere to their booking time slot and arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. No refunds will be given for delays or no-shows.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of online booking. Payments will be made through the secure Stripe module. Payment is mandatory to confirm the reservation.

Reservation Confirmation

Confirming the reservation means accepting these terms and conditions, acknowledging that you have read them, and waiving any other conditions. The provided information and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be considered as signature and acceptance of the transaction. SICA La Beaufortaine will send the reservation confirmation by email.

Cancellation

Visitors who are non-professional individuals do not have a right to cancel reservations for visits, according to Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code.

Intellectual Property

All elements of the SICA La Beaufortaine website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of SICA La Beaufortaine. No one is allowed to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use any part of the site, whether software, visual, or audio, without permission.

SICA La Beaufortaine will archive reservation confirmations and invoices on a reliable and durable medium, ensuring a true copy according to Article 1348 of the Civil Code. The computerized records of SICA La Beaufortaine will be considered proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions between the parties.

Dispute Resolution

These online terms and conditions are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, the competent courts in Paris have jurisdiction, regardless of the number of defendants or third-party claims.
