Guided tour of the aging cellars in the dark & screening of the film "Le Beaufort en héritage"

This summer, engage your senses with a tour of the cellars in complete darkness. In July and August, experience a unique sensory adventure with our tours of the aging cellars at Coopérative Laitière du Beaufortain.

A Unique Experience: Explore our cellars where your eyes will gradually adjust to the darkness, and your sense of smell will sharpen to detect the subtle aromas of aged cheeses.

The tour also includes a screening of the film "Le Beaufort en héritage." This film lets you experience the daily life of a real Beaufort-producing family throughout the seasons. It reveals the step-by-step process of making Beaufort cheese and highlights the strong tradition and pride in the industry, as well as the modern vision of agriculture embraced by the younger generation.
